Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address together with a reachable contact number to ensure successful delivery.

Additional delivery charges or delivery delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete information may apply.

Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.

Each order is carefully prepared and quality checked before being handed over to our appointed shipping partner.

Processing times may vary during weekends, public holidays, product launches or periods of exceptionally high order volume.

Available delivery methods, estimated transit times and applicable shipping charges are displayed during checkout before the order is confirmed.

Delivery times provided during checkout are estimates only and may vary depending on the delivery destination, weather conditions, public holidays or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Once your order has been handed over to our appointed shipping partner, tracking information will be provided by email and may also be shared through other available communication channels.

Customers may monitor their shipment using the tracking information provided.

Every order is carefully packed to preserve the presentation and condition of the fragrance during transit.

Customers are encouraged to inspect the parcel upon delivery.

If visible damage is identified upon delivery, please notify us as soon as reasonably possible together with clear photographs of both the parcel and the product so that we can review the matter promptly.

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days from the date your order is delivered.

For hygiene, safety and product-integrity reasons, fragrances are eligible for return only when they remain unused, unopened, undamaged, in their original sealed packaging, and accompanied by all complimentary items originally included with the order.

Proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or invoice, may be required to process any return request.

Products that have been opened, sprayed, tested, used, damaged or altered cannot be returned.

Each order includes a complimentary fragrance sample (tester) and a fragrance story card as part of the Almatar Almalaki experience.

If a return request is approved, all complimentary items received with the order, including the fragrance sample and story card, must be returned together with the original product in their original condition.

Complimentary items are not eligible for return, exchange or refund when separated from the original order.

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible and no later than 7 days after delivery.

To help us review your request efficiently, please provide:

• Your order number.
• A brief description of the issue.
• Clear photographs or a short video showing both the product and its packaging.

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, any eligible refund will be processed using the original payment method whenever reasonably possible.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law or where the return results from our error.

If you wish to purchase a different fragrance, we kindly invite you to place a new order separately after your original return request has been completed.

Always keep the bottle tightly closed when not in use to help preserve its quality over time.

Skin chemistry, body temperature, humidity, application area and personal perception all influence how a fragrance evolves and how long its notes remain noticeable.

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it.
While we will always do our best to assist, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible once order preparation or shipment has begun.
